Bajra or Pearl millets normally use it for making Roti (flatbreads) from its flour. Flour can also be used for making dosa adding lots of vegetables. Whole grains can be used to make porridge or upma for breakfast (Best to soak them before use).

Rich in dietary fibers and it has cholesterol-lowering properties which are good for heart patients. It is gluten-free seed. Presence of insoluble fibre in bajra leads to good gut health.Â
